POVESTE :Homeotown Cha-Cha-Cha este o poveste de dragoste care are loc in satul de pe litoral Gongjin.
Yoon Hye Jin, un dentist, este o femeie care are frumusete si creier. Ea are o viata aparent perfecta, dar gaseste ca planul ei de viata se prabuseste din cauza unui pic de neprihanire in inima ei. Dupa diverse impedimente, se muta in orasul de pe malul marii Gongjin si il intalneste pe Hong Doo Shik. Ea devine interesata de el. Hong Doo Shik este numit seful Hong de catre rezidentii locali. In mod oficial, el este somer, dar este un priceput in toate meseriile si un maestru al slujbelor ciudate. Seful Hong ii ajuta pe toti cei din Gongjin in orice situatie intalnita.
